Starting out your passion or dream is not the only challenge the modern entrepreneur faces. In fact, there are a number of other issues, which Gary Vee addressed, in his video, “How to go from Brick & Mortar to Online Store” and the article “The Biggest Mistake My Employees Can Make.” Making the move from retail to online can be extremely complex, especially if you have no idea how to build a website or make it work. However, making this move does not have to be that difficult. The video explains what you need to consider and how to get started – which can be invaluable when making this move.
The fact is that employee mistakes can be quite costly and in his article, Gary Vee explains why the biggest and most frowned upon mistake is disrespect. This is disrespect to co-workers, managers and even clients.
